Usually the question is asked then answered, I am about to bring the answer to the people in question.
How do you build a quarterback?
Simple, but first you must know what a quarter back is:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quarterback
Come back after reading that ^^^
Welcome back! Blocking back!? Me too, never would have known.
Now you are somewhat knowledgeable on the subject. Part 1 to making a quarterback is complete.
Step 2.
Understand what a good quarter back does/doesn't do, and what a bad quarterback does and doesn't do.

Good. Now we know the qualities that separates a good Qb from a bad QB.
Now! Lets build our player!
Step 1: Pick a name that would probably belong to an attractive human being.
Example: Trent Walker, Jan Kugo, Steve Young.
Step 2. Max height, so your QB can see above the Linemen and have a better vision of the field in theory.
Step 3: Weight, wherever you want tbh. This IS a football simulation, and QBs do come in all shapes and sizes so you do you on this one.
Step 4: Creation SA, Their are many SA's, since this is a realistic football simulation, you must think realistically, I would reccomend; Balance or Dive4yards. Its good for a Qb to have good balance so if he is bumped around in the pocket he can stay on his feet and extend plays. Or Dive for yards, so in case your Rg3 or Wilson leave the pocket, every time they are tackled they add on 2 or 3 more yards.
Submit and create, however we have some SPs to deal with.
Lets take a look at my QB for an example:
http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=4401945
We have to think, what do we really need.
First attribute I raised is catching, I love the shotgun, however I don't want my guy dropping the snap off the centers snap, so I got that to about 20.
Next I raised jumping, many times in real life the QBs jumps in the ball and tries to dive for it, or the snap is high and he needs to elevate to reach it, jumping will save you in those situations! I got that to 21 which is comfortable for a Level 1.
Next I added Confidence and Vision. Look at Tom Brady, confidence fuels his game! If you want a Tom Brady type QB, GET CONFIDENCE. And Vision, your Qb will need some vision to see down the field so I threw 2 points into that.
Lastly, Throwing, He is a QB, so he probably can throw well naturally or he wouldn't be a QB... Lets be realistc.... So a point in that will do for a while.
Now our stats have been allocated, lets move on to the more important SA's.
Being a quarterback you get 2 sets of SA's. Pocket passer SAs and Scrambler SAs. We want to focus on the Pocket passer SA's, atleast until you get a little more experience building QBs.
We are presented with 5:
Pocket Presence, Tight Spiral, Pump fake, Turn Shoulder, and field general.
Lets go back to my player, and I will explain:
http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=4401945
I chose to put 1 point into pocket presence, this mixed with high confidence will make your QB feel comfortable, even when the pocket is collapsing. If this is the type of player you are building make sure to add extra Strength and jumping so he can hop back up after a late hit.
Tight spiral should give his 11 throwing a nice little boost, and the receivers will catch it easier!
Pump fake, you have seen those QBs on Sunday who pump fake hard and make the whole defense stop, sometimes even throwing off the camera man, this is why I threw 2 points into it. Also to give us more space for our next skill.
Turn Shoulder, This is basic throwing mechanics, skill points in this will give your quarterback a smoother shoulder socket, so he will really have a smooth throw and will fling tight spiraled bullets.
Field General, You want your QB to be a leader? Field general, nuff said. Only had 1 sp to put into because you really want to focus on getting the throwing mechanics down with turn shoulder before you move on futher.
Training:
ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS train on light, its never worth going intense, what if he hurts himself? Not only will you let your team down, you are letting your player down by being an irresponsible manager.
I hope that gave all of you young agents a good idea of a successful GLB QB build.
Any questions post here I will be sure to answer them, If I don't know I will redirect you to another expert builder such as myself.
Have a good day, and good luck!
