I like the idea of it but it would need some work.

Lazy, can't believe you want the game to do your work for you so your team can do better.

I agree with what you said but this is just something that I thought could be worked on and possibly be the first thing as far as a ranking system to possibly work on GLB.

as we know the team rankings system needs to be overhauled because it is so easy to game that system. and the HoF just sucks for the most part.
