{the govt will pay a small fee to a phone co. for really poor ppl to have the most basic phone service, for emergencies,
911 calls, and what not.) so they realized they could get some of this money with cell phone service instead, which is actually
really good for ppl in very rural areas with no landline service. its also a total scam, becuz they know once they give ppl
their measly 20 minutes a month, they will want more minutes and then be buying it from them at jacked up pre-paid prices.
so that is what that is about.
meanwhile, im so sick lately of the Obama this Obama that...
he's just a dude; just one guy. he might be president but that don't mean he control the world.
everyone wants to put all the blame and glory on one person all the time. if the world really worked that way,
life would be a whole lot simpler. if you want to get down to it, there are banking executives and
wall street moguls who have way more power over the world than any president will ever have.
you have to get around and see whats really going down on this planet...
