use something between 60/1 and 1/1 and tweak it until you find the exact spot you want. (at 60/1 the starter will stay in until he hits 60 then come out for just one play then go back in, at 1/1 he will stay in until he hit 1 energy then come out for one play).
You may not actually want to have the starter play 85-90% of the snaps as the performance may be really bad when he's super low.
Yeah I have it at 60/1 at the moment, it's worked well but want it steeper for the playoffs. The backup is slow building so the speed/agility is low for the specific position and isn't much use for production on D.
