At 280 days players quit getting training and vet points. What happens if you refuse the extended plateau.

Do you still get training and vet points? Does your player start to decline?

Yes. No training and no more VAs. I think the extended plateau lasts 5 seasons, if you didn't miss any boost.

I am curious. Why would you want to refuse it ?

Some people find plateau to be dreadfully boring.

I'm one of those, but decline isn't less boring...

Eh, at least you get more veteran points and training. I have a couple of guys who fell one upgrade short on AEQ thanks to poor planning, so I keep imagining them having a few more days of training.
