At 280 days players quit getting training and vet points. What happens if you refuse the extended plateau.

Do you still get training and vet points? Does your player start to decline?

So after 7 seasons you can no longer train? How long does extended plateau last?

Yes. No training and no more VAs. I think the extended plateau lasts 5 seasons, if you didn't miss any boost.

Eh, at least you get more veteran points and training. I have a couple of guys who fell one upgrade short on AEQ thanks to poor planning, so I keep imagining them having a few more days of training.

Plateau is part of the planned parenthood process OP.
An abortion of it is against the bort portion of flex extortion...
