Thread title pretty much but I'll flesh it out a bit.

I have gotten the feeling most people dislike the current AEQ system to some degree, especially when it comes to certain positions.

The idea is simple. Got an OL with a +3 speed 5% break tackle piece he can buy? Your HB keeps getting great OL pieces but nothing you'd want on your rusher? Buy and trade. Own dots only though to prevent gaming the system.

I think this would create a better EQ experience for everyone.

it's been stated before as NGTH. The list here isn't all inclusive as stated.

The NGTH list can't be all inclusive or it gets unreadable and therefore unusable. (we had an all inclusive list once and it was very much unreadable).
