If any of you watched the Green Bay - Minnesota Game, early on, the Packers called a play-fake from the goal line form, now, this doesn't necessarily translate into GLB, but it does prove that there are plays that pass from the Goal line form.

There is in real life football... but I'm not sure there is in GLB (passing plays from the GL formation). But that's a suggestion for another day. (since this is a defensive play related suggestion)
