Suggestion forum isn't really a forum for suggestions to the mods/for the mods. It's purpose is for game suggestions.

Please realize that the ban system is AUTOMATIC
the mod clicks the offense you committed and the system auto does it's work. A lot of times the mod may be trying to give you an official warning, but because of prior offense it turns into a ban.
If you have an issue you'd like to discuss about your ban (civilly), that's what the appeal feature is for. The mod can weight in, and a lead mod or admin will review it. Often times suspensions are lifted early if the offense was borderline etc.
