there is also the max of 75%.

Well actually there's something that factors in va's and aeq .. A number that is a ceiling , for instance quick feet gives a 30% bonus to head fakes and juke say a player has 15% fake chance also... So those two numbers together, 45%. What's the maximum there.. I don't see the answer to that in the announcement.

yes

I believe if you stacked 4 15%'s and 1 12% it would stack to either 30.25% or 29.0625% (depending on how the 4th and 5th picce would stack)

IMO if you're getting to that point, you're doing it wrong anyway.
