Dub is correct if you're recruiting from scratch. You'll be able to sign dawts on day 42 onward where as other teams will have to wait till they get their team assigned.

I'm not sure if the GLB rules apply the same... but the approach is different. While you probably could sign dots on day 42... but ONLY 0 level dots and they must NOT boost before start of next season or you'll lose them.

Rosters reset on day 41 for peewees. After the playoffs are over everyone has an empty roster and starts over from scratch. You can sign dots from day 42 forward but they have to be day 0, cannot be boosted, nor can they have any XP. You have to be very careful when creating peewee dots. You can create them on day 40 but make sure not to created them within the first 30 minutes of rollover on day 40 (2 - 2:30 AM EST). If you do they will have 50 XP and won't be eligible for peewee.
