I don't think National Pro --> Regional Pro demotion is just the 15th and 16th place teams any more

It's not. Everyone but the playoff teams demote, barring some crazy situations like teams disbanding, etc etc

Oh yeah, that's the exception. I believe that all teams in National Pro who don't make the playoffs are demoted.

They really need to update that FAQ
