Great summary.
Assuming his next question is, "How do you get to the QB sooner?"...
It all depends. Depends on which position you're talking about, which archetype you're talking about, and what style of defense you're running. You might need more Strength and Agility to break blocks sooner, or you might need more Speed and Agility to either get around blockers or to accelerate faster after you've broken a block. Or you might need to use different VAs or SAs than what you're currently using. Or you might need to blitz more with LBs, or CBs, or Safeties. Or you might need to change your D-line alignment. Or you might need to try a different type of blitz than what you're currently trying, assuming you're already blitzing. Or you might need to improve your pass coverage to force the QB to hold onto the ball longer, thus giving your guys a better chance of getting the sack.
As you can see, there are a LOT of variables involved, so you'll probably need to give more details on your specific situation if you want a better answer.

Can't hurt. I never think about that, but yeah, you can get a sack from a Diving Tackle for sure, and Jumping helps with Diving Tackles. So, add that to my list up above.
Really just need more detail from the OP at this point. He's asked a very simple, non-specific question.
