So, I'm curious the role team chemistry plays come game time.. More so, how much it can actually affect your team and their performance during a game. For instance, you face a team that is pretty solid (good roster, good effective levels and has coordinators and such) you match up pretty evenly with the team, however they have 100% chemistry for team, offense and defense...However, your team is in the 70's for team, just hit 90's for offense and high 90's for defense.... is there enough difference in chemistry between the two teams it could hurt or hinder your chances of winning?

Calculating your team's chemistry

The first step in calculating the penalty is to calculate the chemistry “score” for a particular side of the ball by averaging the “overall” chemistry value with the particular side of the ball the player plays on. For example, if the overall chemistry is 70 and the offense chemistry is 80, the chemistry score will be 75 for the offensive players on the roster.

The second step is to apply the ratio, 1% attribute loss for every 10 points your chemistry score is off of 100. So for the example listed above, the 75 chemistry score will result in a 2.5% attribute loss to all offensive players.

The minimum chemistry can fall to is 10, with the maximum chemistry being 100.

Ok, so when my teams chemistry was in the 40's, offense was in the 60's and defense was in the 70's.. That really did hurt us against good teams with 100 across the board.... explains a lot in that manner. Thanks.
