Does basic tactics not work? Because scrolling down it has a run/pass percent that seems like what you're looking for.

You say "custom offense and AI put in" which tells me your not using basic offense? I am confused. Are you using the basic set up or are you using a custom AI?

Either way.....you adjust the percentages of run and pass.
