Not easily, no.
If I have to do that, I just open up multiple tabs for all of the people I want to PM. Then, in each Tab, I click on the PM link for each user. Then I write out the subject so I can copy-and-paste it into every tab, and then I write out the message itself so I can copy-and-paste it into every tab. Then I go through every Tab one more time and hit Send.
It's a pain-in-the-ass, but it's also the least-painful way to do it, for me anyway. Other people might find other ways easier for them, and that's fine too.
I'm sure there's a Greasemonkey script out there somewhere that will do this as well, but I've never bothered to look for it.
