What can the dot builder do to cut INTs? Is it in gameplanning or tactics or does a QB need a certain level in a attribute to cut them down?
thanks

Qb tactics and build comes into play. Strength helps the ball get to the WR quicker. Bullet passing helps the ball get to the WR quicker. Game planning comes into play to some degree to pick the right pass routes and using QB progressions to hit a WR right when he makes a cut in his route or hit him when he is stopping for a comeback route or something.

http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=2532644 Nice EL

looks like he has been getting hurried/sacked a lot the last couple seasons. Agility/speed could have something to do with that, not sure. Or the o-line is bad, but that looks to be a decent team your on.

http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=2528616 my QB has his throwing set to -80 bullet fwiw, and hasn't thrown tons of ints. Doesn't have near as nice an EL as yours either.

my experience is that its more about the builds of the CBs than the QB or receivers

One AEQ is why your build is a interception machine.

Looks like you sacrificed your build to have a higher EL.
