Fixed? Didn't see it on the "changes" but that would be super awesome if true.

My team is the one Hammer was referring to, and it appears fixed to me to as I have not had to cut any CPUs as none have been signed yet. Maybe that was what the "Request CPU Player" thing fixed? (next to edit team needs link on roster page.
