The higher the break tackle score, the less chance the tackle will exceed the break tackle roll by enough to force a fumble, so yes.

Because I have built and used several of them in my offenses. I have tested both high carry and high strength dots and the ones with more carry do better. Call it what you want.
I thought I explained this already?
1)
103 strength + 15 VA < 103 carrying + 15 VA
Steady grip is a better VA than Workout Warrior.
2)
Strength affects the break tackle roll and some SAs.
Carrying affects the break tackle roll, not fumble roll, fake roll, and SA activations. It also helps 'avoid' tacklers.
incorrect
when you hover over the carrying description on the Apply SP page it specifically states
"Does your RB fumble a lot? Higher carrying will help him hold onto the ball when hit hard, including during a catch attempt. Higher carrying will help him break tackles more easily, and use abilities such as head fake and juke more effectively"
edit - I misread the bolded part as "not THE fumble roll, fake roll and SA activations"
I will leave my error here for all to mock me

You say incorrect but state the same basic information.
TT says carry over strength and then the thing affected by strength (not a lot) then lists what is affected by carrying (which covers a lot)

I read what he wrote as not THE fumble roll, fake roll and SA activations

Im not saying to not pump up strength, Im just saying I value the carry attribute more than I do the strength attribute for power backs. Carry and strength are very important attributes for power back,
when I build or recruit a power back, I look for 150 speed, 80-90 natural strength and 90 natural carry. all I know is when my power back have more carry, they are much better backs. but SAs, AEQ and VAs are also very important for power backs. Its not just about the raw builds.

speed for me would be for outside routes to take advantage of the brk tkle angles. less speed more car/str is needed for head or shoulder angles of impact. less speed however means you may get caught from behind after clearing the box either way(middle or outside rush)...the guy the frogs just lost was working speed up as breaking 5 tackles and getting dragged down short of the goalline was an issue on outside runs. the angles is where the EQ/SA's come in big time

Speed also helps breaks tackles. Imagine a slow locomotive train hitting you versus a train going 50MPH hitting you. Bort has stated the speed at impact makes a difference in the break tackle roll so even if you plan to just be an inside rusher you still want speed. Being able to run outside pitches with that speed helps too as it keeps defenses from using the goal line defensive formation to stuff your inside runs.
