Let me explain how this will cause problems.
Example:
If you own a small fish tank try this and if not a full glass of water will do the trick.
Go for a car ride or bike ride while you have a secured glass of water.
Go at a decent amount of speed 5mph would do the trick.
Come to a sudden stop see what happens to the water in that glass of water.
The water will continue to move forward even tho you came to a stop and will pour out of the glass a bit.
Same will happen with the oceans.
The water will continue to move forward even tho Earth's spin comes to a halt and flips poles.
Oceans will overtake what once was land.
Being the Earth is 75% water you get the grand scale of this.
Will the poles actually shift on that date isn't my call but its proven its happened before time and time again.
If your like me just keep on living cuz theres not a darn thing you can do to stop it anyway
