DOT talk was always new while Stobie and Vawn and those guys were running GLB radio. Once plateau hit that was when dot talk got boring. Then it started to just be reading scores off from different leagues. A lot of people actually liked the league talk though outside of the rundown of the scores. Understandable those people were all part of the pro leagues though.
The good thing about Stobies show was it was directly GLB related for the hour or whatever it was and there was generally a lot to talk about. There were tournaments and GLB wide rankings, lots of weekly changes to the game, threads about how the game was broken that went 200+ pages long without being locked. Bort quotes daily. There was a lot more to talk about at that point. Then they would have an aftershow which essentially is what any type of GLB radio is now:
"Hey how was your day?" "I just finished off a case of beer." "belch" "Knicks are winning." *long pause*
