On Halfbacks? Are they any good?

Most of the fakes and break tackle SAs aren't going to be of much use because you can't get the sufficient attributes to really activate them.

Because the defence has low vision, you might be able to get some route fakes to work (head fake, juke, catch fake). I know pump fake was very popular for many seasons, but I can't say if this is still effective since the change to PF a couple of seasons ago.

I've never been a fan of SAs at that level. I usually just stick with putting points in attributes.

Mostly, no. You'll have to do some serious looking but there are a very small handful of SA's that'll work at that low of a level. Look for SA's that don't require a high skill to fire. It's generally not something peeps do at that low of a level. I've tried it a couple of times many, many seasons ago. Lot's of stuff has changed since then.
