How would an OC from one team send an Offense to an OC from another team?

copy the the Al from the first team into 'My Al'

then go to the other team and copy that Al from 'My Al' to the 'Team A;'

But if any packages are used than the packages don't transfer with the AI. You would have to do the same process with the packages and then re-install the packages in the AI or make all new packages and install them.

Yeah this is a pain in the ass

Defensive packages are the worst because most defensive AI's are a lot bigger than offensive AI's. It took me almost 2 hours to re-install all of my defensive packages one time. I have since cut my defensive AI down

So the OC has to actually travel? Can't just send?

If you have your AIs in 'My AI' aka everything on your end, then it's just a matter of setting up the new team to your AI. There is no copying.

That's assuming your going to be the OC for the new team. I interpreted the OP's question as one OC would like to use another OC's AI and wants to know how to transfer that AI from one OC to another OC.
