Since they are out of plateau, most people will just retire them, or you can find reg pro job....

yeah although it seems like there is a glut of lvl 79 players out there so even getting a reg pro gig is not a certainty eh maybe its time to make em worm food

Depends if you think they could still do any good. I think they could do reasonable jobs for the next 2 seasons possibly, but then again, you could retire those guys and start over with 2 new dots that will only get better for the time being, instead of worse.
