Give it a day or two when Bort releases CPU teams to be bought.

There's a prep team available to buy.. Lol just buy that and demote it.

You can buy any team at the moment that is CPU and put in a demotion request

Just click on "buy team" from the flex point page and then click thru each of the leagues til you find a CPU team. There a to n of them. Just buy it and request demotion to rookie league. Simple as 1-2-3

should be a highly competitive rookie season for all with all the free players fm last season eh?
