Players created in a few days. You should already have your roster finished by now, tbh. You want to get people to commit a player(s) to your team before day 42 (when you can sign them).

I just looked at your ad and there are several problems here.

You don't own a team. Are you recruiting for the team you GM? If so, is that team resetting to rookie from rookie? Do you have any commits yet? If you will be a rookie team how are they going to PM you builds for players not created yet? VPB?

Here are the ways to fix that. First, link the team you are recruiting for and give at least a short explanation as to your plans for the team next season. Secondly, list the commits you already have so people checking out your ad will know what positions you need. These people are helping you out by committing players to your team. You should do a little extra work so they don't have to bend over backward to join your team. Let them know pretty much the whole situation by looking at your ad rather than having to PM you for details.

Here's the ad I ran for my team resetting to rookie from reg pro...

It isn't a novel by any stretch but it gave recruits the basic info they needed.

If you don't know the answer to this you will need to ask the owner. It's ultimately his/her responsibility to put a roster together for their team. If the owner doesn't communicate what he/she plans for the team I would not associate with that team, tbh.
