The New Lg Req says Sophomore 1d - 40d with a hyperlink to 'options'
When I click on 'options' I find:

I have made no such request, This is just what I found there today.
I don't want to play in prep next season, I want to start over with a Rookie Team. What's going on and what do I need to do to demote myself back to Rookie?
