Okay, so we all know that the scouting bars don't mean anything. But you can be scouted off of them! Like, hello GLB! Why haven't you changed this. Every game my team loses is because they saw my HB's 39 rushing bar. It should be close your build, scouting bars go away.

Add scouting bars for CPUs. How am I supposed to gameplan for them without scouting bars?
