This was Time Trials idea but it got locked in the SA points thread and I did not want it to go away without at least being looked at.
I don't think this was even on the NGTH list. I think it would give agents new ways to customize their dot. I dont think have a VA at 21 will cause any weird overpower issues.
I am always for any new ways to make dot building more interesting and creative. The less cookie cutter, the better.
