I already have one piece of 5% BB and + 3 Speed (found as 5% BB, enhanced). What else should I be getting? I was thinking another piece of 5% BB and maybe Shed Block? Not sure.

What's the opinion on this?

I like two pieces of break block, one piece of make tackle, one piece of force fumble, CEQ as a second piece of make tackle.

Great break block scores + great tackle scores = lots of chances to make the tackle + higher tackle scores = lots of force fumble chances.

Another piece or two of break block is a good idea. That's such a crucial roll for pass rushers.

After that you'll likely want a piece of +% make tackle.

its better in speed instead of agility?

Depends on the defense and any future sim changes, but speed is very effective right now.

To a point, yes. Not enough speed won't get you to your tackles... but too much speed is wasted SP's. DE's need more speed than DT's, but still require a very decent agility. I've seen several DE builds where the agility was greater than the speed... but both were above 85 for sure.

I like this setup for DE's as well.
