The subject. Looking at retired players it is annoying to see like 10 seasons of decline. Please remove the penalties from retired players so that they look like they did in their prime

I am assuming you mean show their actual effective levels from when they played since they don't actually show decline. I agree that retired players should not have been part of the re-figured levels. If so...and at this point I doubt it can be done but....
