Any advice on which to hit first for a dual threat? Looking to focus on awareness the most. It's been a while since I last played. What is the general strategy for hitting caps for QBs, which to hit first?

I'd build the passing-side first. Dual threats are few and far between in GLB. Passing takes a much larger investment.

If you're using the scrambler archetype, you can push throwing to ~83, vision to ~83, and then start considering agility/speed.

I don't believe in the dual threat, but if you want a QB that isn't useless on both sides, I would go:

Throwing, Agility, Vision, Speed, Strength, Carrying.

Juke will be your bonus SA, invest in Spin or head fake or both as well.

You will need at least two pieces of fake gear and two pieces of pass quality gear or one PQ and one break tackle or two PQ, one break, one fake.

There's so much to invest in, it is tough to be good at everything, but I suppose it is enough to prevent them from selling out on the run or pass, but I'd rather just be really good at running the ball and pass it 10% of the time to a blocking TE or something to keep the other side from selling out. It is tough enough to pass in the current sim with a pure passer, you might have more trouble doing either if you don't focus the build.

Figuring out where to stop with your caps is another issue too

Should I focus on one attribute first when distributing SPs? If so, what cap should I take it to until I move on to capping other attributes?

Yes, do one attribute at time. I tend to raise my primary to ~83 before moving on. At that point I still continue multi-training my primary attribute, though (and don't stop until the attribute has reached 100 natural).

One should note that this is not ideal, but it is good enough for a new player to get used to the mechanics.

Ideal is subjective as are the criteria for what ideal is defined as

Fine, replace it with "efficient" . Better ? That gets you an average build, not a great one. It gets you to 1300-1350 instead of 1450+ build value.

Thanks, guys. Hagalaz, what would be an efficient strategy?
