Correct me if I'm wrong, but you get zero flex back from CE.

You get 630 flex back from custom equipment. Maybe more at higher levels but I just got 630 back from my level 26 player.

You get 0 flex from the +individual SA or +% add-ons. The ones that were just added a few seasons back.

You still get 70% of the +6 attributes and +SA tree cost (900, hence why you get refunded 630).
