for the VPB link what exactly do I click to download there is a green button "Install" on top right of link. Then on bottom of link there is a big Blue "Download" button. Is there a link for retards like me who can't figure it out that will just go straight to the download page?

Install it. A screen should pop up, wait 5 seconds, then you are allowed to install it.

I click the green "Install" button and get this error unexpected error string or number
gives me option to open, save it but, I get same message either way
I'm using IE, I also have firefox but, havent tried that yet would it make any difference

Use FF.

in FF it gives me this script now with like a whole page more of it

Yeah, you don't have Greasemonkey installed.
