+1 to the OP.

How many times do you see a dot make an obvious block in the back and there is no penalty for that.

I am sure Bort & Co. toyed with the idea of adding penalties to make the game more 'realistic', but had to stop at a few totally random dead ball fouls - which is just silly.

Get rid of them.

Block in the back is a big one. The dot just dives and takes both dots out of the play. Or one dot will slow down another one by humping it.

All that is needed on a play like that is to see the dots clothes being ripped off. After plays like that, the dots that did the humping should be thrown out of the game in addition given 10 years at least in a dot ball Correctional facility.
