Do the new owners inherit them or are they cleared out automatically?

They either clear out automatically or every team I ever bought totally sucked prior to me purchasing
Yeah...I just bought a team I had in WL two seasons ago and was wondering what happened to all my awesome trophies.
The trophies get reset, but you should have copies on your user page and your player pages.

yeah, but not the cool tourney trophies, plus I can't just drag and drop them on the team page. I was hoping there would be some cache saved at the end of each season so an admin could just go back and duplicate...but I also knew that was a long shot at best.
