Pretty much. The build looks like it should be effective as a passer. I wish you had chosen Juke instead of Spin since he doesn't have nearly enough strength & carrying to break tackles.

Would have also been better to go with an anti-fumble % instead of the break tackle %.

Although with 50 carrying that is like donating a hot dog to the drive to end world hunger.
