Well it was bound to happen.this owner/GM business is hard work and does take time, not everyone can handle it.So its starting to weed those that are better off just having players.It will only get more complex when the Off and Def AI' come into fruition.

Yeah. I'm one of em.
I was the original owner of the now Phoenix Resurrection but I realized early on the time it would take to build a competitive team. Luckily redbirdgrad has done a helluva job.

Not enough players understand how hard it is to run a team and meet demands.
As it stands, I love my team and the players. Even though we're 3-6, I feel like the group we have in place can only get better as a unit. And in this game, its less about one player and more about a functioning 11 that can achieve the common goal.

I think the biggest problem is that many do not understand the business side of it. I do not know if I do completely ( that is why I brought in an owner that does to help)
But basically they break the bank and then run and let others clean up the mess.
There should be a red flag built into this game that you lose your team befor it gets that far. But I guess that would take away from the game as well. But I think there should be a punishment for someone selling in the middle of the season.

Kace's official GM position on the Jacks is Director of Brangin it...he has helped game plan for exactly 0 opponents.
