Provide a solution. That's the beauty of this suggestion forum. We can agree that an issue exists, but we need to develop a solution to remedy that issue. Expecting a fix otherwise is futile.

How can GLB meet our goals (exactly how whodey puts it):

Documentation being
- cleaned up
- updated
- re-organized

and then deliver that to users of the site

I dont pay hundreds of dollars a year to fix their site. Thats what you use my hundreds of dollars for. You pay someone to fix the site. Having a suggestion doesnt mean you have to figure every little detail out.


Call me a troll eh, Ill use you as the reason I quit spending money and retire some players after this season. I dont care if your paid or not your still a rep.

Another downfall of the Wiki system. Any agent can go in and put the wrong information. GLB needs their own controlled documentation and a GOOD search system to find such information.

What if each page had some sort of integration with the Wiki? Like a search box at the base of the page, with a few related/chosen pages pre-selected based on the page?

ETA: Nothing to get in the way, but a possible avenue for gaining more information/clarification if needed.

Not a bad idea.

Still would require a lot of upgrades to the existing Wiki. Mainly a ton of new redirects so searching becomes a lot more viable. With the Wiki, if someone types in a word that has a corresponding page of that name, it goes directly to that page. With redirects it merely creates matches and then links to the page that the person is looking for.

No one said it would be easy. Doesn't mean it's a bad idea though.

Exactly. More proof GLB needs to put in the time to come up with good documentation where things are explained in detail. Even if it is with a link that directs an agent to a page where only GLB controls who enters that information.

Training for example (as stated before): Don't just say its approximate. Explain that decimals are used but hidden for whatever reason and so on and so on. Help people understand why something is the way it is. Have an easy way to find such information and not say "its in Q&A somewhere".

One small step is a start. Would love to see a lot more of this though. An agent just asked how to multi train in the FAQ's section. I clicked on all training guides supplied by GLB and Wiki and it does not state "how to multi train" anywhere.

Needs better documentation everywhere
