It doesn't really appear like the receivers have much blitz awareness. Real receivers are aware when coverage indicates that there is likely a blitz and they modify their routes appropriate to attempt to get open.
Perhaps institute a vision check once the QB makes their 'throw early' decision for the valid receivers and if they make the check they modify their route to come back towards the QB and/or provide a better target abandoning their prescribed routes.
