Pretty sure things like this used to get suggested often (don't wanna dig and look around for them). Basically give owners more control of what they can give access too.
1) Loan Option: I'm pretty sure the reason behind not doing this is because of the password requirement being the same as the owner's account. Could get around this by instead of it being the account password, as soon as someone buys a team and goes to take out a loan, they are prompted to create a password (with strong warning against using the same as their account)
2) Scrimmage Scheduling: Allow the owner to select which GM's can set up scrimmages, as long as there are enough funds to be covered by the Team Bank. If the Bank is empty, then only the owner can do it.
If anybody can think of more/provide feedback/tell me these are already up somewhere that'd be great.
