Now if i made someone an asst oc, and gave them adjust depth chart privileges, does that mean they they can only change depth the for offensive side of the ball?

Nope, if you can access the depth chart, you can set Offense, Defense, and Special Teams.

Hasn't there been suggestions asking to change that to only be able to control the depth chart for for what your GM powers are. Pisses me off when someone says "i accidentally clicked on auto reorder so you can fix everything"

The auto reorder was fixed to only do the one your in but you still have access to all of the depth charts.
