During this time, I know chemistry is not adversely effected by roster moves, but does it increase if there are no roster moves?

Is it the same rate of increase under the grace period? Seems one of my team's chemistry bar is slow growing.

You should not see any difference in chemistry refill unless you add/remove players.

That really confused the question in the OP... so what do you mean, chemistry changes if you add/remove players under "grace period"?

I didn't think this was the case at all, unless you are just speaking in general cases of chemistry, of which I am aware of.

You are imagining slowdowns on some teams. There are no changes to your chemistry regen rate whether you are in grace period or not
