Since you are in rookie, just be patient with coordinators. The best don't really want to work in rookie. Find a guy that is active and stick with him for 5 seasons. Then maybe you will have one of the best. We need new blood.

Agreed. And if you have new DOT owners on your team that express a desire to be a Coach (OC, DC, or ST), then help them link up with an established Coach for mentoring. As Ezra said... we could use new coaches all the time. The one's we have are generally overworked and over-wanted and over extended.
