Simple impliment, when looking at another users page show an icon indicating an open build.
Forum > Suggestions > When viewing user pages, show 'open' next to open builds
Pondering why for this? 
I mean, when scouting opponents you can easily see open builds on the team page... and since that's the #1 reason to look at an open build (#1... not the ONLY one), is just being able to peek at other builds worth it? Just asking.

If u want to look at someone elses builds and only a few are open this makes it way easier. Some guys leave builds open and others dnt, simple fix to speed it up
