I actually prefer this as an owner. Otherwise good luck finding something on the team AI section and plays if all coordinators install into the team section. Hehe or finding a play.

Mike.. it's very easy to take someone OAI and even the plays they use. even if they are running them from there personal section..

Listen I get the idea of a pissed off OC quits and a team is screwed for the rest of the season... So I kind of see why this is a season long lock.. BUT same token .. I put in HOURS like LOADS of them making OAIs and packages.. Not only can an owner and anyone else he gives access too see and take my work for that team.. he can take my work for every team I OC for...

I personally can tell you of at least 4 times I found someone running my Stuff on another team.. they admitted to it in most cases.. after the fact mind you.. I also have had many people ASK me if they could use my OAIs.. If i know them I pretty much say yes.. Knowing that there is not much I can do to stop them anyway..

there has got to be a better way to protect the hard work that you put in.. I think thats all any of us are looking for..

This game is about builds and game planning.. It's not fair that the Active Cords are left exposed ... I'm at the point where if a team ask me to fill in for a few games cause there OC is on vacation or sick.. I just turn them down.. I can 100% tell you I'd help more if in doing so I was not pretty much handing my stuff over to an owner and or all his friends...

I may not be th best OC in the game. But I do pretty well.. and well because I put a ton of time in.. not very cool that someone can just take that and look like a great OC without putting in the time themselves..

I just think when an OC runs anything from his personal tactics list that he should be the only guy that can see it... It just does not seem like that is asking much or very hard to add in.. when I want to share a OAI or packages... I'll make them on a team tactics section ..

come on now we don't allow owners to see something as simple as tactics and yet they get a OCS OAI served up with very little effort..
