If you have a game that's already started, the bottom of the depth chart will have a note saying that the roster is locked.

Since it's a new team, try auto-reordering the roster. In the past the depth chart would give an error not just lock up.

go to this page http://goallineblitz.com/game/depth_chart.pl?team_id=7470§ion=steams and click auto re-order here. This will fix the problem. You have 10+ CPU players in every position in special teams.

team home page/starter list has no bearing on anything. Don't worry about it. As long as the depth chart is set, that is what will be used. It can take time to update the starters. But again, it has no bearing on anything. Don't worry about it.
