isn't there was a way a dot with an expiring contract can advertise 10 days before becoming a FA/contract expires... I can't seem to figure out how of find anything in wiki saying how or when... any help?

Pretty sure it's day 25 you can post a dot in marketplace (15 days before end of contract). Click on players contract offers then there is a link to post ad in marketplace and you can create one.

ah...cool...I clicked on Marketplace tab and "My FAs" and they weren't listed there... but drewd is right... if you click on their offers page you can link to the Marketplace from there and add a listing.
