I want to learn the coaching aspects of the game, so either looking for an assistant OC/HC/DC job or for someone to help me out, thanks please respond asap

Try to find a scouting position. I say this because as a scout, you'll be able to see how things work more. You'll be able to see what works and what doesn't. This will be an important step in becoming a coordinator.

Pm me if you really are clueless after 4 years. Show me replay of a defense and how you'd attack it.

Start by not building a player in the middle of the season ... I remember this thread when I come back on I'll teach you the ropes...
