1) This is basic info you can find yourself. Put a little effort in 
2) It depends on the position to the cost but here is a breakdown for the most part:
TE's = 200 flex
WR's/HB's = 300 flex
Dline = 200 flex
Oline and kickers/punters = 100 flex
CB's/safeties = 200
QB = 300
FB = 200

Just go in bulk man. An entire 55 man roster from cradle to grave with full custom and upgrades runs right about $1680 in flex (379,800 flex. could be a little more or less depending on team make-up).
