A quick and hopefully easy question. I hardly use it since the season it came out.

If I set auto train to multi train some attributes with a limiter of a different attribute will it stop correctly even though I will not train it to that level?

Example:

Training Type:
MULTI TRAIN

Select Attribute(s) to Train:
speed
agility
strength
tackle

Select Training Goal:
Automatically perform this training nightly until vision has reached 61 or greater.

When I add enough SP to Vision the auto training should stop right?

Correct. It may not show up as stopped until the night that it would have trained (i.e. if you hit 61 and only have 2 TPs, it may not flag as stopped that night, but will not train the night you get 8 TPs and will flag as stopped).

I am probably wrong, but I think that if you have 6 TP, and add SP to Vision 61, it will autotrain the next night, and then mark the goal as reached.

I also have same thought

I am wondering if it DOES actually stop once the number is reached??? My reasons as follows;
#1, many times I have seen where my dot is still training away... but when I go to manually check on his training, the number has clearly been reached... and he is still training whenever it's training time. And, #2, what happens if you set the number but find yourself unavailable for... say, a week... due to unforeseen circumstances? Surely your dot would still continue training as per original setup... even if the goal had been met. Otherwise he would either stop training altogether (and would show the accumulated TP's) or it would switch automatically to once-a-day training under it's previous setting in the mode... I would think.
Anyways, that's all I got.

I can say with 100% assurance that if you set your training to stop at 32, and it hits 32, it stops. I have done this several times this season. I can also say with 100% assurance that if you set training to stop at say 60 BTs, and you go over, that training stops. I use that feature if I want to train to 34 and 90% and I am at 34 and 20% and want to only do one more training.

If the training stops, you will accumulate TP. It would take 2 weeks of being away to lose any TP, since you can hold up to 30. Again, I tested this on a dot that was near rollover but I wanted to cap the attribute prior to rollover. I held back on training for about a week (ended up around 20 TPs) before I was able to cap it and then manually trained and went back to auto train mode. It does not change or revert your training if you hit the stop point that you set. It waits for you to change the stop point to a different attribute and/or different number and click OK to re-enable auto training.

I am testing the OP's question out and will have an answer within a couple of days.

I can now confirm that setting auto-train, hitting target, but not having enough TPs to train does not turn off auto-train.

Tonight is when the player should hit the 8 TPs and either 4-way multi train or auto-train turn it self off.

You guys are right. It went ahead and trained, then turned off the training.

Then perhaps I should post a BUG thread because I know I have seen a goal, set in multi-training, reached and then it continues to train until I make changes to it. No TP's accumulate beyond those needed for the next multi-training. (This is why I asked if it automatically switches over to your "single daily training" setup once it reaches your goal number.)
I only noticed it when I've had to be on the road for a time longer than I had planed. Got back and saw no "blue up arrow" to notify me about achieving my preset goal... but checked anyways and found myself past the goal number... shrugged and changed it and didn't think much more about it until this thread. Funny thing is that "training goal met arrow" usually does show up when it reaches where it's supposed to be... just not every time.

The next time you see it not work right, you should definitely submit a bug. I have not run into that situation, but if I do, I will do a bug on it.

I am pretty sure I have always gotten the blue arrow when the training goal is reached - but the way it works is that it doesn't check whether the goal is reached until AFTER the training - perhaps that is what is happening?

That sounds like what I saw with the test I just did.

yep, always been like that for me. Gets tough when you have a shit load of dots, but I have got lucky and caught it a few times, where no blue check in box, goal is reached, and that attribute I was trying to get to 97-99% was sitting right at 98% with 6TP's....
